as a roofer you’ll roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and perform all commercial painting needs in order to provide a once in a lifetime memory for guests and team members alike. We’re looking to you to make sure our rides are good to go! You will:

• perform all functions of general roofing/carpentry work for in-park builds, repairs, installations, providing a safe environment for guests and employees.
• select proper materials for jobs
• dependable performance in terms of attendance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements
• perform other miscellaneous duties as required

• at least 18 years of age
• high school diploma or equivalent
• at least three years of onsite experience in the roofing trade or in the carpentry field
• cabinet making experience; i.e. Cabinet building and framing; fabrications of countertops, and more)
• experience with solid surface and laminate counter top fabrication
• experience in roof repairsexperience in drywall installation and repair
• experienced in all phases of concrete work
• able to work from blueprints or in-depth sketches
• able to operate and maintain power and hand tools and other equipment in good safe condition
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• basic mathematical skills
• comfortable working at heights up to 100ft
• comfortable building and working on scaffolding up to 24ft
• able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance
• able to climb and work off of ladders
• comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations
• comfortable working around water
• able to work in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• able to train on and properly use protective gear
• comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor
• available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
