Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd. Shift

What You Will Do

We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift) to lead maintenance operations during overnight production hours at our [Plant Location] facility. Reporting to the [Maintenance Manager / Maintenance & Engineering Manager], this role is responsible for overseeing maintenance, storeroom, and wastewater operations while ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production continuity.

This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by leading a team of maintenance technicians, driving reliability improvements, and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely and efficiently. Success in this role directly impacts plant performance, production output, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness.

• Leadandcoachthemaintenanceteamtosafelyexecutepreventive,predictive,andcorrectivemaintenanceactivitieswhilesupportingproductiongoals.

• DriveequipmentreliabilityimprovementsthrougheffectivemanagementofOEE,MTTR,MTBF,PM/PdMcompliance,andschedulecompliancemetrics.

• Ensureplantassetsandmanufacturingequipmentoperateatplannedproductioncapacitywhilemaintainingqualitystandardsandcontrollingmaintenancecosts.

• Overseeworkmanagementandmaterialsmanagementprocesses,includingworkorderexecution,documentation,inventory control,andstoreroomaccuracy.

• Partner with Operations,Engineering,Quality,andEHSteamstoachievedailyproductiontargets,monthlyKPIs,andplantbusinessobjectives.

• Fosteraproactivemaintenanceculturefocusedoncontinuousimprovement,TPMinitiatives,safety performance,employee development,andoperationalexcellence.

Required

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Engineering,Business,Operations,orarelateddiscipline.

• 3+yearsofmaintenanceexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.

• 1+yearsofmaintenancesupervisoryexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.

• Hands-onexperiencewithmechanicalsystems,PLCs,electrical systems,pneumatics,andhydraulics.

• Abilitytoreadandinterprettechnicaldrawings,electrical schematics,andmaintenancedocumentation.

• Strong leadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.

• Demonstrated problem-solvingandcontinuousimprovementmindset.

• Abilitytoprioritizework,managemultipletasks,andmeetdeadlines.

• Experience with
  
  MaximoCMMS.

• Experience with Kronostimekeepingsystems.

• KnowledgeofTPM,Reliability Excellence,Lean Manufacturing,orcontinuousimprovementmethodologies.
