You will oversee daily operations, service requests, and the preventive maintenance program to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across buildings and common areas.
You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage Make Ready tasks, and coordinate with vendors and the Community Manager to stay within budget.
