Range Water Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across properties. You will oversee routine repairs, safety programs, and budgeting for capital expenses while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety for residents and staff.
Required are 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, OSHA/MSDS familiarity, and relevant certifications. EPA/Pool/Spa certifications are highly valued; a valid driver’s license is needed for local travel.
