We are hiring for both Hillsborough and Pinellas offices. Pick the area you want to work from, or both.

• Base pay: $15 per hour for Cleaning Time, plus travel pay, gas reimbursement, tips.
• Bonus Program: up to $100 bonus per new customer clean.
• Cleaning Labor rate $15/hr (raises based on merit);
  Non‑Cleaning Labor $14/hr.
• Mileage: $0.30 per mile; if gas per gallon >$4, $0.35 per mile.
• Your hours are approximately 80% Cleaning Labor and 20% Non‑Cleaning Labor.

• Paid semi‑monthly (15th and 31st). Bonuses earned are paid on the 15th of each month; tips paid each payroll.
• Overtime at time and a half on the Cleaning Labor rate, even for Non‑Cleaning Labor.
• Optional Sunday work with bonus $25.

• Available Monday‑Saturday, 8:00 am‑7:00 pm.
• Hours per week 30‑40. Overtime available. You will get a day off during the week.
