Part-Time Porter

Aurora Apartments, Tampa, FL

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek out opportunities for personal growth

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid Driver's License required
