We are seeking experienced Residential Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of homes and client accounts.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on demand, and contractors have the ability to accept work that fits their availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, turnovers)
• Prepare homes for homeowners, tenants, or real estate listings
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions
• Maintain high-quality standards across all properties
• Report job completion and communicate any issues or concerns
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and professionalism in every job

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior residential cleaning experience (required)
• Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and turnover cleanings
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
