Warehouse Selector - Freezer

2nd Shift Freezer Order Selector

Distribution Center Address: 630 John Handcock RD, Taunton, Massachusetts

Pay: Starting at $22.95/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

Weekly pay, two pay raises in your first year, hourly performance incentives, additional $1.19 hourly freezer premium for freezer function, and weekly overtime.

• 5 Day Work Week between Sunday
  - Friday.
• Sunday
  - Thursday:
  Start time is 4pm and work until finished. Average end time is roughly between 3‑4am.
• Friday:
  Start time is 2:00pm and work until finished, average end time is roughly between 8‑10pm.
• Your days off are Saturday and another day during the week.

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff are the backbone of our success. You will be on your feet for 10+ hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in the freezer. No experience is required; training is provided. Selecting is hard work, so we pay a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency.

On average, selectors take home 122% of their base salary.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience working in frozen products (ability to work in extremely cold or hot conditions) is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs comfortably and unassisted.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
