Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two or more apartment communities, ensuring safe, reliable systems and efficient operations. You will lead maintenance teams, plan projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
The role requires 8 years in Multifamily or Hospitality maintenance, with advanced trade skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or painting. EPA Universal Certification is required; CPO certification is a plus.
