Photo Scanner Install Technician

Position Summary

The Photo Scanner Install Technician will be a part of a team that installs, maintains and improves highly complicated photolithography equipment in a fast‑paced environment. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot, read specifications and a comprehensive understanding of the photolithography system to address unforeseen issues. Effective communication, problem solving and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess.

• Install, troubleshoot and resolve high‑level equipment problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
• Log data accurately and promptly for all assignments.
• Document and communicate all equipment activities for the shift during pass down.
• Follow, generate, and maintain the integrity of SOPs.
• Work with equipment vendors, senior personnel, and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

• 2‑year technical degree or equivalent.
• Semiconductor, electronics or mechanical experience (3+ years in Photolithography Equipment Engineering Services).
• ASML or Canon scanner or stepper tool experience.
• Familiarity with a Clean Room Environment.
• Semiconductor equipment maintenance certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Strong technical capability in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work well within a team or independently under minimal supervision as conditions require.
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and standard problem/solution practices.
• Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals.

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60 - $60.40 per hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
