Job Description
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Cleanroom Protocol Observer.

Responsibilities- Responsible for understanding all policies for working in the clean rooms.
- Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) throughout the shift. Examples include gowns, face masks, gloves, and protective eyewear.
- Observe daily activities by patrolling multiple clean rooms at the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a calm demeanor throughout the shift.
- Observe and report safety violations within the FAB area and immediately alert the supervisor.
- Submit a daily safety report to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
- Assist the team and supervisor with other tasks as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten‑year work history if available.
- English is required.
- Customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
