Overview
Access Control (AC) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the fabrication (FAB) facility by controlling access to restricted areas. This role ensures that personnel, contractors, and visitors are permitted entry into the facility in accordance with established protocols.

Pay
: $17.50 per hour with weekly pay
- Monitor and control all access points to the FAB.
- Ensure visitors, contractors, and employees follow proper sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control.
- Collaborate with facility management and operations teams to ensure seamless entry and exit of authorized personnel without disrupting production or operations.
- Ensure contractors wear shoe covers when entering and working in designated areas and enforce use of shoe covers at all times to maintain site cleanliness.
- Provide contractors with shoe covers and ensure they are properly worn.
- Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Report any non-compliance to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of shoe covers and order replacements as needed.
- Report, with the use of the people counter, the number of people entering the FAB.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- High energy level with strong commitment to service quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed
- 1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments
- Customer service experience
Conditions may require walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting (up to 35 pounds), bending, and working in awkward positions. Employees may be required to wear protective clothing and/or respiratory equipment when conditions warrant.
