Job Title:
Heavy Industrial Cleaner

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible overtime as needed
Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor manufacturing facility

Position Summary

The Heavy Industrial Cleaner is responsible for performing demanding cleaning assignments in an industrial manufacturing environment. This position requires operating high-pressure equipment, working under extreme conditions, and wearing appropriate protective safety gear.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 50–100 ft. high-pressure fire hose at approximately 300 PSI for 3–4 hours per day.
• Maintain control of pressurized equipment for extended periods.
• Transport materials manually or with a forklift, when authorized.
• Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and detailed surface cleaning.
• Conduct pressure washing and lime cleanup.
• Assist other team members while wearing a protective safety suit.
• Follow all company, client, and workplace safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Two to three years of experience working on construction sites or in heavy industrial environments.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and operate high-pressure equipment.
• Willingness to work indoors, outdoors, and in extreme working conditions.
