As a Maintenance Assistant, you will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff while supporting the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility.

You will assist with the daily maintenance operations of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

• Performing routine building maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance

• Completing maintenance documentation and reporting updates to supervisors

• Responding to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls

• Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations

• Assisting with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facility

• Supporting a positive and comfortable environment for residents and staff

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred

• Motivated, organized, and dependable team player

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Passion for supporting residents and contributing to a positive environment
