• Maintain property cleanliness across offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and cleanliness.
• Execute routine exterior power washing of sidewalks, entryways, patios and tasting room exteriors to maintain premium resort aesthetics.
• Manage daily fountain maintenance, including water chemistry testing, debris skimming, filter cleaning and pump performance checks.
• Perform meticulous venue preparation for weddings, corporate events and wine tastings by staging layouts and testing event lighting.
• Maintain overall property cleanliness across public spaces and equipment by executing the established preventive maintenance program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
