Housekeeper-EVS-Per Diem Evenings

Responsibilities

Environmental Services Housekeeper will ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all applicable hospital departments. Reporting to the Director of Environment Services and/or designated supervisors.

• Perform cleaning procedures in all assigned areas throughout the hospital in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner.
• Maintain courteous and considerate relations with the medical staff, administrative staff, hospital patients, visitors, and other hospital employees.
• Complete special projects throughout the hospital as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of equipment care and storage areas.

• Ability to interpret, communicate, read, and understand English in written and verbal material to perform essential job functions.
• High school education or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior housekeeping experience (preferred).
