Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED;
Minimum 3 + years' experience performing maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings;
Strong ability to use construction tools. Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical. Knowledge and understanding of job related safety requirements. In order to operate a vehicle in the performance of duties, operator must possess an appropriate valid California Driver's License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment;
Have an acceptable driving record;
Must be insurable under our vehicle insurance.

In both positions, you'll assist with furniture and equipment installations, campus moves, inventory management, preventative maintenance, and general repairs while working collaboratively with school staff and the Facilities Department. Depending on experience and demonstrated qualifications, responsibilities may also include coordinating projects, supporting department logistics, assisting with vendor oversight, and providing guidance to team members. These roles require flexibility, strong customer service, and a willingness to travel between school sites while helping ensure our campuses remain safe, organized, and ready for learning.
