We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Perform preventative maintenance (changing engine oil and filters, tire rotations, engine/cabin air filter replacement).

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following manufacturer standards.

Complete repairs without oversight.

Diagnose cause of minor malfunction.

Communicate vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the assigned service advisor. You'll be reporting to the Service Manager and receive ongoing coaching.

• 1+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience with Kia, Hyundai or Genesis. We prefer Kia Certified.
• Operate different cars models, light trucks, and vans
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and completing assigned tasks.
• A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production productivity.

The Flat Rate for this position is $33.80. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
