Facilities Maintenance

KEI Outdoors is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to keep our retail and warehouse spaces safe, functional, and adventure-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring an exceptional environment for customers and staff. You'll respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, support store setups, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building issues in retail and warehouse areas.
• Monitor building systems, conduct inspections, and document work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and scheduled services as needed.
• Support store operations and customer experience by maintaining clean, functional, and safe indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing safety and minimal disruption to retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations, reporting hazards and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and supplies to support efficient repair and maintenance work.
• Collaborate with KEI Outdoors team members to plan improvements and support new store or display setups.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent maintenance issues, including occasional evenings or weekends.
