Maintenance Coordinator
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of administrative duties at the project site. The objective is to provide full SAP support for production maintenance. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Plan and schedule work orders for the maintenance group.
- Comment and close work orders.
- Create and edit preventative maintenance plans and tasks.
- Create reports and track metric-based goals, KPIs.
- Document control, correspondence, and daily reports.
- Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be proficient in SAP.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Associate degree or high school diploma.
- At least 5 years of maintenance and production experience; proficiency in SAP.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules.
- Knowledge of craft disciplines:
Millwright/Mechanical, Pipe fitting, Electrical, Instrumentation, Painting, Insulation, and Scaffolding. - Equivalency of education and experience is acceptable.

This is a full-time job opportunity working 40 hours a week. There is no per diem and relocation funding.
