Position: Maintenance Coordinator (Tempe, AZ) Austin Industrial

Maintenance Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of administrative duties at the project site. The objective is to provide full SAP support for production maintenance. Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule work orders for the maintenance group.
  • Comment and close work orders.
  • Create and edit preventative maintenance plans and tasks.
  • Create reports and track metric-based goals, KPIs.
  • Document control, correspondence, and daily reports.
  • Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be proficient in SAP.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Qualifications Required
  • Associate degree or high school diploma.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance and production experience; proficiency in SAP.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules.
  • Knowledge of craft disciplines:
    Millwright/Mechanical, Pipe fitting, Electrical, Instrumentation, Painting, Insulation, and Scaffolding.
  • Equivalency of education and experience is acceptable.
