The Position:

The Warehouse Technician plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of the business. They are responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

The Position:

• Unloading Boxes - meeting delivery trucks, unloading boxes and transporting them for safe storage. This may include quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications, and checking incoming items against invoices to ensure the proper product has been delivered.
• Maintaining Records
  - Maintain records of items received and shipped. This includes accurately recording serial numbers, the name of the manufacturer and the time and date the shipment was received.
• Filing Orders
  -Pick, pack and ship medication and supplies intended for delivery to patients, other Soleo pharmacies and other external entities.
• Use of Equipment
  - Safely and efficiently operating equipment such as forklifts, hand tools and labeling machines. They also may be asked to use a computer for record-keeping and to use cleaning equipment to keep the facility tidy.

Schedule:

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm - Full time, 40 hours per week
• Must have Warehouse Technician experience, preferably working for a Pharmacy Warehouse

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
