Housekeeping - Part Time - Medical Earll

The Housekeeper performs manual labor associated with the cleaning of the patient rooms, lobby, restrooms, break areas, kitchen and entrances. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina.

Monday - Friday Day shift (8 am - 12pm) at the below locations:

Medical Earll ICF – 3043 N 37th ST, Phoenix, AZ 85018

• Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
• Dust mop, sweep, wet mop the floors.
• Clean light switches and all doorknobs.
• Clean inside and outside of microwave.
• Disinfect interior/exterior door handles/knobs/ADA door buttons/push bars.
• Disinfect all break room tables/surfaces/chairs.
• Disinfect all lobby chairs (full wipe down).
• Clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
• Empty trash in break room area.
• Clean door glass interior and exterior.
• Police areas around outside of building.
• Perform related work as required and instructed.

• May be required to test for COVID-19.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 65 pounds and the ability to push, pull carpet/floor machines, vacuum cleaners, furniture, and carts.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods, climb, bend and do extensive walking.
• Reasonable care is required to prevent injury and accidents for others.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or any other shift as dictated by the department workload and staffing.
• Flow of work and type of duties require flexibility and normal mental and visual demand much of the time.

• Must be able to perform and complete repetitive tasks regardless of interruptions.
• Knowledge of cleaning various types of floors, windows, etc.
• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
