Part-Time Eco- House Cleaner; Floater​/Fill-in

Position Type:
Part‑time, On‑Call Employee (W‑2). This is a W‑2 employee position;
Eco Angels handles payroll taxes and workers' compensation coverage.

Eco Angels is a small, highly rated, woman‑owned, eco‑friendly cleaning company serving the Tempe and East Valley areas for almost a decade. We clean with non‑toxic, sustainable products to protect clients and the planet, guided by mindfulness, integrity, and outstanding quality service.

We need a floater/fill‑in house cleaner who can start immediately for occasional or on‑call work, with the potential to grow into a long‑term role.

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and punctual
• Weekday morning availability (typically 9am‑3pm, Monday‑Friday) especially on short notice
• Professional or personal experience with residential cleaning
• Comfortable working independently in client homes
• Knowledge and respect for eco‑safe cleaning products (no bleach or harsh chemicals); all supplies are provided
• Willingness to learn if no prior cleaning experience

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone for GPS, communication, and occasional photos
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for cleaning tasks
• Clear communication and respect for client confidentiality
• Comfortable with a trial shift to evaluate fit

Pay starts at $19/hour, with up to 15% earned quarterly increases and bonuses or raises based on reliability and quality.
