Pool Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

As a Pool Maintenance Specialist at Creative Environments, you will be the face of our brand, embodying unwavering professionalism and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of clients' pools and spas, adhering to all safety protocols and industry guidelines.

• Remove debris from pools by brushing, skimming, and emptying skimmer baskets.
• Check chemical balance to keep pools sanitary and free of algae.
• Inspect equipment for efficacy and report any damages to office staff.
• Recommend proactive maintenance services to clients as needed.
• Drive vehicle to locations while safeguarding equipment and supplies.
• Assist lead pool repair technicians when necessary.
• Provide daily service reports using company work‑order software.
• Use appropriate PPE as required by the position.
• Apply tools according to manufacturing guidelines and company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards required by the position.
• Learn and retain technical information regarding pool equipment and chemicals.

• Valid Arizona driver’s license, clean driving record, and pre‑employment drug screening.
• 1+ year experience in water hydraulics, water chemistry, plumbing, or electrical.
• Experience in pool maintenance, operations, and repair techniques.
• Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and proactive client relationship management.
• Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
