Construction Cleaners
Service Master Building Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Cleaners to start ASAP. The role includes general cleaning, demolition and debris removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, ceilings, dusting furniture, and operating cleaning machines (training provided).
Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Type: Seasonal
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (starting pay may increase after a 90‑day probation review)
Schedule: 5 AM start Monday – Friday; evening and weekend availability required.
Responsibilities- General cleaning and demolition/trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Washing walls, windows, ceilings
- Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
- Operating cleaning machines (training provided)
- Starting at $18.50 per hour
- Paid OSHA‑10 training for employees who are not yet certified

- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have OSHA 10 certification
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
- Floor & carpet care experience (training provided)
