Start your career with a trusted name in commercial cleaning! Service Master is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners. We’ll provide all the necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability!
Responsibilities- Lead a crew of 5-10 people
- General cleaning and demo/trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Washing walls, windows, ceilings
- Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
- Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)
- Starting at $19-$20 per hour
- Paid training

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- Service Master will cover the cost if you need to get certified
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must wear Service Master-provided uniform
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
- Floor & carpet care experience (not required — we train the right candidates!)
- Reliable transportation
