Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

5AM start time Monday - Friday

** YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION IN HAND AND READY TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST!**

Responsibilities include:

• General cleaning and demo/trash removal
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Washing walls, windows, ceilings
• Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
• Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $18.50 per hour

*** Service Master will provide paid OSHA-10 training for employees who are not yet certified. The starting pay rate is $17 per hour, with a wage increase after a 90-day probation review.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must have OSHA 10 Certification
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Must wear Service Master-provided uniform
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs

Preferred:

• Floor & carpet care experience (not required — we train the right candidates!)
• Reliable transportation
