Overview

Mirabella at Arizona State University is a vibrant university-based retirement community located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community activities.
  • Operate custodial and floor‑care equipment safely and effectively while cleaning assigned areas.
  • Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other custodial duties.
  • Support a safe and welcoming environment by following safety procedures and responding appropriately to emergencies.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

About You
  • Minimum of one year of experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers.
