Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on cleaning experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of the cleaning staff
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
• Oversee sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Manage floor care activities (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, carpet cleaning)
• Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Address client concerns and resolve quality issues professionally
• Maintain cleaning logs, schedules, and related documentation
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, including during staff shortages
• Provide excellent, professional customer service
