Floor Tech

** Responsibilities*
* + Candidates must be experienced in operating  
** all floor care equipment** , including auto scrubbers, burnishers, swing machines, extractors, and other commercial floor maintenance equipment.

-  Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures-  Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

-  Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment-  Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Gather and empty trash

** Qualifications*
* Required:

-  Must be 18 years of age or older

-  Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

-  No experience required and on the job training provided

-  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred:

-  Customer service experience

-  1 year of similar work experience

-  1 year of similar work experience
