As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime and support production goals. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll work closely with production teams to ensure reliability, quality, and safety.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $28-$30 per hour

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production uptime goals.
Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities and parts usage.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives throughout the facility.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance workspace.
Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Education Requirement
High School Diploma or GED required.
Years of Experience
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Skills
Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting
Preventive and predictive maintenance
Equipment repair and diagnostics
Maintenance documentation and work order systems
Abilities to Meet the Physical and Environmental Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
