Service Technician - CityScape at Lakeshore

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance;
Execute the make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Access and manage materials, supplies, and tools from maintenance inventory and report re-order needs;
Document work performed and maintain accurate records for service requests;
Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, and general property upkeep; support cost-containment initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible
