Overview

Mirabella at Arizona State University is a premier Life Plan Community located on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a Full-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. This role is essential to ensuring our community's common areas and facilities reflect the high standards our residents expect and deserve.

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, resident spaces, and community facilities to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
• Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and other custodial duties.
• Support event setup and takedown activities, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
• Complete routine cleaning projects, trash removal, and general facility upkeep while following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests while responding promptly to custodial requests.

• Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to operate floor care and custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
