Facilities Maintenance Associate

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to restrooms, break rooms, and offices.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and office cleanliness.
  • Stock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of inventory levels.
  • Handle concentrated cleaning chemicals and work safely around chemicals.
  • Operate forklift to move items to the trash compactor.
  • Maintain exterior facility items; work outdoors in the parking lot and between the ship‑shack.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 0 years experience in a maintenance position.
  • 0 years experience managing people/projects.
  • Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
  • Required to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Required to perform physical cleaning, at times in a warehouse environment or at varying temperatures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years experience working in a maintenance position.
  • 2 years experience managing people/projects.
  • Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
Certification / License

Preferred:
Forklift certification.

Foreign Language

None required.
