Auto Body Technician

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs—no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for a flawless final product.
• Collaborate with other team members to move cars through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Strong frame and structural knowledge—capable of pulling, straightening, and squaring parts.
• No‑shortcuts mentality—fix problems the first time to ensure lasting quality.
• Sharp eye for detail with a focus on tight bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
