Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to assist in preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment at our Tennessee facility in Sweetwater. The role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to work with Process Technicians and Operators.
You will lead efforts to minimize downtime, design and fabricate components, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
