Maintenance technician will be responsible for providing mechanical and electrical support throughout the building to minimize equipment down time. He/she will also provide facilities and grounds maintenance as necessary.

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment including conveying systems, pick modules, material handling equipment, ASRS System, etc. per manufacturers recommendations or internal PM schedules
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all equipment failures; employing outside vendors, as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain company property and premises as necessary
• Complete appropriate paperwork and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Partner with operations teams to ensure highest level of customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solves problems in a collaborative and clear manner
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Proficiency with RF Scanners and Warehouse Management System Software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of FDA, DEA, OSHA regulations
• Ability to work in walk-in refrigeration unit
• Electrical and mechanical skills
• PLC’s and robotics knowledge is a plus

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

This job operates in a climate-controlled warehouse setting. The role routinely uses and/or is exposed to material handling and packaging equipment, computers, handheld scanners, etc. Must be able to sit, stand, walk for 8 hours per day, lift repetitively up to 50 lbs., and work at elevated heights (120 feet).

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during day shift hours. Evening and weekend overtime work may be required as job duties demand.

Limited travel may be required for training activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post high school technical education or certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a multi‑craft environment.
