A Rossville Consolidated School District Custodian has the primary duty to ensure that their assigned area within the school facilities is clean, safe, and well‑maintained. This responsibility includes floor care, general cleaning, trash removal, facility set‑up, snow removal, minor maintenance, and some lifting.
QualificationsThe employee may work up to 29 hours per week. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The employee shall have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED). Employees are expected to work with custodial staff in maintaining the school as a safe, clean, and healthy environment for students and staff.
