Your day starts early, in a quiet environment, before the residents come out. You work on two locations at the Cote Sint André, to maintain the common areas of buildings, ensuring clean and pleasant spaces and taking out the garbage containers. You work independently, with a regular schedule and appropriate equipment. The position is part-time, 5 hours per week.

Your main duties:

• Clean floors, stairs, and landings
• Empty the garbage bins and replace the bags
• Wipe railings, handles, and contact surfaces
• Check the general condition of common areas
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs

This position requires rigor, attention to detail, and respect for hygiene guidelines.

You enjoy doing things well and appreciate autonomy in your tasks.

License B and vehicle required for travel between sites. Previous experience in cleaning buildings is desirable. Knowledge of cleaning products and maintenance techniques. Sense of organization and punctuality. Initiative spirit to manage unforeseen circumstances.
