We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Electro‑Mechanical Technicians to join our team. Job Details Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of electro‑mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three‑phase control wiring systems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, pulleys, and other related components.

Diagnose and rectify issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.

Ensure the proper functioning of various sensors used in our production lines.

Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electro‑Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in electrical maintenance, PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three‑phase control wiring.

Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.

Solid understanding of mechanical drive systems, including ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, and pulleys.

Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and rectify issues with a wide range of machinery and tools.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Proven track record of performing preventive maintenance and repairs on complex machinery.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
