Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Perform painting, drywall, stucco, texturing, staining and ceiling repairs;
Troubleshoot and repair basic appliances, plumbing fixtures, and air-conditioning controls;
Replace light bulbs, ballasts, caulk, tile/grout and repair doors and furniture;
Implement scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain equipment/tools;
Respond to guest requests and maintain detailed English records/logs
