Pay Range starts at: $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Minimum Age to Apply: 18

Shift: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Full-time to help keep our YMCA running safely, smoothly, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - no two days look the same and takes pride in creating clean, functional, and member-friendly spaces, all while living out #values.

What You’ll Do:

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, staff, and guests
• Complete preventive maintenance and work orders (including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and furniture assembly)
• Support room setups and event transitions
• Walk the building, grounds, and parking lot to spot and address safety concerns
• Communicate supply needs and work closely with your supervisor and team
• Build positive relationships with members and fellow staff

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, cleaning, or a related field
• Comfort using hand and power tools and cleaning chemicals (safely!)
• A team-player attitude with great communication and a heart for service

Certifications Required (We help with these!):

• Before start of 1st shift:
  New Hire Orientation training
• Within 30 days of hire: CPR Pro/AED/FA
