Maintenance Technician

Finish Line Car Wash in Madisonville, KY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our modern car wash equipment running safely and reliably. In this fast-paced, customer-first environment, you'll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and basic electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, and conveyors, and monitor chemical and water systems. Working closely with site teams, you help minimize downtime and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere while gaining practical skills and growth opportunities in operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair car wash equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, and control systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Monitor chemical, water, and filtration systems to ensure proper operation
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory, and service records
