Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Experience equivalent to two years of skilled fulltime labor and trades experience

NSQs:

A valid motor vehicle operator's license may be required for employment in some positions.

Overview

This position has a variety of responsibilities, including the requirement of a candidate to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of tools and equipment while working in indoor and outdoor conditions.
Perform landscaping and equipment operation at a semi-skilled level.
Support the general maintenance of park equipment used to perform the job. Maintain and keep all in good working condition.
Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repair, and painting.
Complete minor janitorial duties.
Share technical knowledge and skills to facilitate accomplishing projects as a team.

Knowledge of principles, equipment, and tools involved in fire prevention, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and cleaning work
