We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our Team of Professionals. You will primarily work on the maintenance of vacation rental properties and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required. To qualify for this role you should have previous experience in General Building Maintenance or be skilled in a specific Mechanical , Electrical and/or Plumbing trade.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:- Conducting routine inspections of premises and properties.
- Complete maintenance items related to vacation rentals.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing issues, correcting them or refer to an outside vendor.
- Proven maintenance experience and Skilled in the use of all hand and power tools.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
