Job Description:

The Line Cookis responsible for preparing and executing menu items to the highest culinary standards whilemaintaininga clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This role supports the culinary leadership team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to a professional, team-oriented kitchen culture.

Professional

Qualifications:

• Proven execution as aLine Cookin fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a private club/resort environment

• Strong track recordof seasonal cooking, delivering elevated dining experiences and leading by example

• Passion for farm-to-table cuisine and creative use of fresh ingredients

• Culinary degree or2-3years equivalent professional training preferred

• Excellent organizational, and communication skills

• Adaptability to a unique, non-traditional schedule of operations in a member-driven environment

• Workingexpertiseincooking techniques,health and safetyguidelinesandworking in a collaborative team environment

Essential Duties:

• Assistand support the culinary teamwiththeexecution ofourmenuat the highest level

• Collaborate closely withculinaryleadership to build a world-class F&B program from the ground up

• Leadby example &inspire theentireculinary team to consistently deliver excellence

• Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations

• Contribute to the long-term vision and growth of the culinary program as new outlets are developed
