The Life Of Our Server

• Create a five-diamond fine dining service by providing exemplary table-service to all our Terrace Restaurant guests
• Work collaboratively with entire Terrace Service Team to ensure excellent service timing
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Mission Hill wines and menu offerings
• Complete duties including cleaning, polishing tasks, table maintenance, and general organization of restaurant

• 2-3 years of food and beverage service experience in a fine dining environment
• Minimum 1 year Server experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
• Current Serving It Right certification
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in B.C.
• You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
• You put trust in others and never let anyone down
• You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
• You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions

• Second language considered an asset
• Previous wine-related (WSET, etc.) training is an asset

• Wage is $17.85/hour + gratuities
