Prestige Maintenance USA provides scalable janitorial and facilities maintenance services using environmentally sustainable solutions. The company is based in Plano, Texas, and employs more than 3,000 employees nationwide.

The Custodian performs assigned custodial tasks at the specified location, including general cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other areas as assigned. Responsibilities include buffing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and use of equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.

• Performs all general tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Crew Lead Supervisor
• Uses floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning safely and according to proper usage and agreed schedules
• Performs all tasks within proper safety guidelines, company guidelines, and management directives
• Follows all company safety, customer service, proper attire, and work‑time policies
• Completes assignments according to company schedule and customer expectations
• Wears uniform at required worksites
• Performs janitorial/custodial tasks based on defined scope of work and customer requests, including:
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace liners
  • Dust and clean tops of office furniture, desks, and tables
  • Vacuum all carpeting
  • Spot‑clean soiled areas
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
  • Clean counters, mirrors, and fixtures
  • Sweep and damp‑mop floor with disinfectant
  • Spot‑clean walls, partitions, and doors
  • Refill all restroom dispensers
  • Wipe/clean table tops and chairs
  • Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances
  • Clean sink and damp‑mop tile floors
• May work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Follows oral and written instructions
• Works effectively individually and as part of a team
• Attends periodic training and safety meetings
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Requires physical exertion to move, lift, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive motion may include bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting
• Ability to operate small power tools
• Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching into unair‑conditioned areas
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, including climbing/descending stairwells and ladders
• Can work independently in stressful environments
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance
• Optional local travel using personal vehicle (≈10% of time)
• May be required to enter customer facilities that require background screening

Prefer a high school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am to 2:30pm;
  Thursday and Friday 7am to 3:30pm;
  Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4:30pm.
