Building Maintenance Helper

Our client, an industry leader in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Building Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the maintenance and upkeep of commercial and institutional properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Terre Haute, IN

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, and building maintenance tasks
• Assist with painting, trash removal, and cleaning activities
• Help with moving furniture and other manual tasks as needed
• Support team members in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies during all tasks

What's Needed?

• Experience in casual labor or related manual work preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
