Building Maintenance Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Building Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the maintenance and upkeep of commercial and institutional properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $15

** Shift:
** 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, and building maintenance tasks

+ Assist with painting, trash removal, and cleaning activities

+ Help with moving furniture and other manual tasks as needed

+ Support team members in maintaining a safe and organized work environment

+ Follow safety protocols and company policies during all tasks

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in casual labor or related manual work preferred

+ Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects

+ Strong work ethic and dependability

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

+ Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
